30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unused and in its original packaging.

Free Replacements (Our Error)

If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it—on us! We offer free replacements if:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
  

How to claim a replacement: Please contact us at hello@bonsaimushrooms within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the error/damage. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
